By using RedirMe (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
RedirMe provides URL shortening and email forwarding services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
3. User Conduct
You agree NOT to use the Service for:
- Illegal activities or promoting illegal content
- Spam, phishing, or malware distribution
- Harassment, abuse, or threats
- Violating others’ intellectual property rights
- Circumventing rate limits or security measures
- Any activity that could damage our infrastructure
4. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- All activities under your account
- Notifying us of any unauthorized use
5. Content Policies
URL Shortening
We reserve the right to disable any short URL that:
- Links to malware, phishing, or illegal content
- Is reported for abuse
- Violates these terms
Email Forwarding
You may not use email forwarding to:
- Send spam or bulk unsolicited emails
- Impersonate others
- Conduct phishing attacks
- Distribute malware
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content are owned by RedirMe. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a license to process it for service delivery.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- Accuracy of click statistics
- Delivery of forwarded emails
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RedirMe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold RedirMe harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
